Etsy 2000×2000 square, white background
eBay 1600×1600 square, white background

Shopify is always selected. Add others based on where you sell.

  4. Optimized exports are generated

Step 3: Monitor Progress

The job detail page shows:

  • Overall progress - Percentage complete
  • Per-image status - Queued, Processing, Completed, Failed
  • Processing time - How long each image takes

Status indicators:

Status Meaning

🔄 Processing Currently being optimized

When processing completes:

  • Preview each optimized image
  • See exports for each platform
  • Check compliance with platform requirements

│ ├── product-1.jpg
│ └── product-2.jpg
└── manifest.json

The ZIP includes a manifest.json with metadata about each export.

Processing Multiple Products

Batch Processing

Process multiple products together:

  1. Select several products (or an entire collection)
  2. Choose images from each
  3. Process as a single job

Benefits:

  • Faster than processing one at a time
  • All images in one job for easy management
  • Single download for all results

Batch Navigation

When viewing a multi-product job:

  • Previous/Next buttons navigate between products
  • Each product's images grouped together
  • Easy to review results by product

Retrying Failed Images

If images fail to process:

  1. View the job detail page
  2. Failed images are marked with ❌
  3. Click Retry on individual images, or
  4. Click Retry All Failed to retry everything

Common failure reasons:

  • Image too small or corrupted
  • Product not detectable by AI
  • Network timeout

Retries do not count against your quota.

Usage and Quotas

Free Plan

  • 20 images per month
  • Counter shown on dashboard
  • Resets monthly

Unlimited Plan

  • No image limit
  • Process as many as you need
  • Same monthly billing cycle

What Counts as an Image?

  • Each source image processed = 1 image
  • Platform variants don't add to count
  • Failed images don't count
  • Retries don't count

Example: Processing 5 product photos for 3 platforms = 5 images used (not 15).

Tips for Best Results

Image Quality

  • Use high-resolution source images
  • Ensure products are clearly visible
  • Good lighting helps AI detection

Batch Strategy

  • Process similar products together
  • Group by collection or product type
  • Review results before updating Shopify

Platform Selection

  • Only select platforms you actually use
  • More platforms = more storage used
  • You can always reprocess for additional platforms
