Batch Naming Convention
Create a consistent naming system:

- Include platform: "Amazon Listings - Kitchen"
- Include client: "Client ABC - Order 123"
Regular Downloads
Don't rely solely on cloud storage:
- Download completed batches promptly
- Keep local backups of important images
- Consider organizing by client or product line
Clean Up Old Batches
Periodically review and delete:
- Test batches no longer needed
- Duplicate processing jobs
- Old projects already backed up locally
