Solixync includes optimized presets for major e-commerce platforms. Each preset applies the correct dimensions, aspect ratio, and formatting requirements for that marketplace.

Amazon
Amazon has strict image requirements, especially for main product images:

Selecting Platforms
When creating a batch, select all platforms you want to export for:
- Check multiple platforms: Generate images for all your sales channels
- Platform-specific exports: Each selected platform gets its own optimized version
- Download separately or together: Get individual files or bundled ZIP
Understanding the Settings
Dimensions
The target output size in pixels. Higher dimensions provide:
- Better zoom functionality
- Sharper details
- More flexibility for cropping
Aspect Ratio
The proportional relationship between width and height:
- 1:1 (square): Equal width and height, most versatile
- 4:3 (landscape): Wider than tall, good for horizontal products
- 2:3 (portrait): Taller than wide, stands out in feeds
Minimum Fill
The percentage of the frame your product should occupy. Currently, Amazon is the only platform with a strict minimum fill requirement:
- Amazon: 85% minimum (product must nearly fill the frame)
- Other platforms: No strict minimum, but well-framed products perform better
Background
The color or transparency behind your product:
- White: Clean, professional, required by many platforms
- Transparent: For layering or custom backgrounds
- Custom: Some platforms allow colored backgrounds
Multi-Platform Workflow
For sellers on multiple platforms:
- Upload once: Add your product images
- Select all platforms: Check every marketplace you sell on
- Process once: All exports generated together
- Download all: Get platform-specific images in one download
This saves significant time compared to editing separately for each platform.
