Profile & Settings

Customize your Solixync experience with profile settings and preferences. These settings help streamline your workflow and personalize the interface.

Accessing Settings

Click Settings in the navigation menu to access your profile and preferences.

Profile Information

Email Address

Your email is your login identity. To change it:

  1. Go to Settings > Profile
  2. Click "Change Email"
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Verify with the code sent to your new email

Note: You'll need to use the new email for future logins.

Preferences

Default Platform

Set your most-used platform as the default:

  1. Go to Settings > Preferences
  2. Select your preferred platform (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or Other)
  3. Save changes

When creating new batches, this platform will be pre-selected, saving you time.

Default Adjustment Mode

Choose your preferred starting mode:

  • Auto Mode - AI handles positioning (recommended for most users)
  • Manual Mode - Start with manual controls for each image

Language

Change the interface language:

  1. Use the language picker in the header
  2. Or go to Settings > Language
  3. Select from available languages

Supported languages include:

  • English (en-US)
  • German (Deutsch)
  • French (Français)
  • Spanish (Español)
  • Portuguese (Português)
  • Italian (Italiano)
  • Dutch (Nederlands)
  • Japanese (日本語)
  • Polish (Polski)

Account Management

Viewing Account Status

In Settings, you can see:

  • Account creation date
  • Current subscription plan
  • Usage statistics
  • Account email

Subscription Management

See Subscription & Billing for:

  • Viewing your current plan
  • Upgrading or downgrading
  • Managing payment methods
  • Accessing invoices

Data & Privacy

Your Data

Solixync stores:

  • Your email address
  • Processing preferences
  • Batch history and processed images
  • Usage statistics

Data Retention

  • Batch history: Based on your subscription plan
  • Processed images: Retained according to plan limits
  • Account data: Retained while account is active

For data export or account deletion requests, please contact support at support@solixync.com.

Security

Session Management

Your login sessions are secured with:

  • One-time verification codes (login codes expire in 2 minutes)
  • Automatic session expiration
  • Secure cookie handling

Multiple Devices

You can be logged in on multiple devices. Each device requires its own verification.

Logging Out

To log out:

  1. Click your profile or settings icon
  2. Select "Log Out"
  3. You'll need to verify again on next login

Troubleshooting Settings

Settings Not Saving?

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Clear browser cache and try again

Language Not Changing?

  • Refresh the page after selecting a new language
  • Some content may only be available in English

Default Platform Not Working?

  • Make sure you've saved after selecting a default
  • The platform applies to new batches only, not existing ones
