How It Works

While processing a batch, Solixync uses real-time connections to show you:

1. Live progress bar - Overall batch completion percentage
2. Per-image status - See each image's state change
3. Estimated time - Approximate time remaining
4. Instant completion - Know immediately when done

Progress Indicators

During processing, each image shows:

Staying Connected

For real-time updates to work:

• Keep the browser tab open
• Maintain internet connection
• Don't navigate away during active processing

Note: For large batches using background processing, you can safely navigate away and receive an email when complete.

Background Processing Notifications

When Background Processing Activates

For paid users with batches over 50 images:

1. Processing happens in the background
2. You see a "Background Processing" badge
3. You can navigate away safely
4. Email notification sent when complete

What the Email Contains

Background processing completion emails include:

• Batch summary (total images, platforms)
• Success/failure count
• Direct link to view results
• Quick download link

Dashboard Notifications

Active Batches Widget

Your dashboard shows:

• Currently processing batches
• Real-time progress for each
• Quick access to batch details
• Background processing status

Recent Activity

See your latest:

• Completed batches
• Failed items needing attention
• Processing history

In-App Notifications

In-app notifications are always enabled for:

• Processing progress and completion
• Error messages
• System announcements
• Billing and usage updates

These ensure you stay informed while using the platform.

Error Notifications

When Errors Occur

You're notified immediately when:

• An individual image fails processing
• An entire batch encounters an error
• System issues affect your processing

Error Details

Error notifications include:

• Which image(s) failed
• Reason for failure (when known)
• Options to retry

Tips for Staying Informed

Don't Miss Important Updates

1. Check spam folder - Ensure Solixync emails aren't filtered
2. Add to contacts - Whitelist our email address
3. Enable browser notifications - Allow notifications when prompted

During Active Processing

1. Keep tab visible - Real-time updates work best in foreground
2. Check progress - Dashboard shows all active batches
3. Review errors promptly - Failed images may need attention

For Background Processing

1. Note your email - Completion notification will be sent there
2. Check batch history - Results appear when done
3. Download promptly - Get your images while they're available

Troubleshooting Notifications

Not Receiving Emails?

• Check spam/junk folder
• Verify email address in settings
• Ensure email notifications are enabled
• Check if email provider blocks Solixync

Real-Time Updates Not Working?

• Refresh the page
• Check internet connection
• Try a different browser
• Clear browser cache
