Uploading Images
This guide covers everything you need to know about uploading images to Solixync for processing.
Upload Methods
Drag and Drop
The easiest way to upload is drag and drop:
- Open the Upload page
- Drag images from your computer
- Drop them onto the upload area
You can drag multiple images at once.
Click to Browse
Alternatively, click the upload area to open a file browser:
- Click anywhere in the upload zone
- Navigate to your images
- Select one or more files
- Click "Open"
Batch Uploads
Solixync supports batch processing for efficiency:

- All images in a batch use the same settings
- Track progress for each image individually
- Large batches (51+) process in the background with email notification
- Free tier users have a monthly quota that resets on their billing date
Image Requirements
Supported Formats

Size Requirements
- Maximum file size: 20 MB per image
- Minimum dimensions: Vary by platform (see below)

Images below platform minimums will show a warning during processing.
Tips for Best Results
Use High-Quality Source Images
Better input = better output. Start with the highest quality images available.
Ensure Good Lighting
Images with even lighting produce better background removal results.
Avoid Busy Backgrounds
While our AI can handle complex backgrounds, simpler backgrounds typically produce cleaner results.
Troubleshooting
Upload Failed
If an upload fails, check:
- File size is under 20 MB
- Image meets minimum dimensions for your selected platforms
- File format is supported (JPEG, PNG, WebP)
- Internet connection is stable
Slow Uploads
Large batches may take time. You can:
- Upload in smaller batches
- Compress images before uploading
- Check your internet speed
