Solixync offers subscription plans to fit different needs. This guide explains your options and how billing works.

Understanding Usage
Images Per Batch
This is how many images you can upload and process together:
- Free/Trial: Up to 5 images per batch
- Paid Plans: Up to 500 images per batch
- Background Processing: For batches with 51+ images, processing happens in the background with email notification when complete
Monthly Image Limit
Your plan includes a monthly allocation of processed images. The counter resets on your billing date each month.
Checking Your Usage
View your current usage on the Dashboard:
- Images processed this month
- Remaining allocation
- Days until reset
Upgrading Your Plan
When to Upgrade
Consider upgrading when you:
- Need to process more than 5 images at once
- Require higher monthly limits
- Want priority processing speed
- Need background processing for large catalogs
How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings in the navigation
- Click Subscription or Billing
- Choose your preferred plan
- Complete payment through Paddle
Payment Methods
Solixync uses Paddle for secure payment processing. Accepted methods include:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Other regional payment methods (varies by location)
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Subscription Details
In Settings > Subscription, you can see:
- Current plan name
- Billing cycle dates
- Payment method on file
- Next billing date
- Usage statistics
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately, prorated for current billing period
- Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle
Canceling
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Billing FAQ
When am I charged?
You're charged on your subscription start date and then monthly on that same date.
What happens if I hit my limit?
On the free tier, you have a monthly limit of 20 images. You'll receive notifications at:
- 80% usage (16 images): "Usage Limit Approaching" notification
- 100% usage (20 images): "Usage Limit Reached" notification
You can either wait for your monthly reset or upgrade to the Unlimited plan.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support for refund requests. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How do I update my payment method?
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter your new payment details
Are there annual plans?
Yes! Annual plans are available and save ~20% compared to monthly billing. You can select annual billing when upgrading through Settings > Subscription.
Receipts & Invoices
After each payment, you'll receive:
- Email receipt from Paddle
- Invoice available in your Paddle customer portal
Access your billing history through the link in any payment receipt email.
