Quick Start Guide

This guide will walk you through uploading and processing your first images with Solixync. You'll be up and running in just a few minutes!

Step 1: Create an Account

If you haven't already, sign up for a Solixync account:

  1. Go to app.solixync.com
  2. Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code
  5. Enter the code on the verification page
  6. You're now logged in!

Solixync uses passwordless authentication - no password to remember. Each time you log in, you'll receive a fresh verification code via email.

Step 2: Upload Your Images

Once logged in, you can start uploading images:

  1. Click the Upload button in the navigation
  2. Drag and drop your images or click to browse
  3. You can upload multiple images at once

Supported Formats

Solixync supports the following image formats:

  • JPEG / JPG
  • PNG
  • WebP

Image Size Limits

  • Minimum: Varies by platform (500-2000px depending on platform)
  • File size: Up to 20 MB per image

Step 3: Select Your Platforms

After uploading, choose which platforms you're optimizing for:

  • Etsy - Square images (2000×2000), white background
  • Amazon - Square images (2000×2000), 85% product fill required
  • Shopify - Square images (2048×2048), clean backgrounds
  • eBay - Square images (1600×1600), white background
  • Pinterest - Vertical images (1000×1500), eye-catching

You can select multiple platforms to generate optimized images for all of them at once.

Step 4: Adjust Your Images (Optional)

Before processing, you can preview and adjust how your products will appear:

  • AI automatically positions your product
  • Ensures compliance with platform requirements
  • No manual work needed

Manual Mode

For more control, switch to manual mode to:

  • Rotate the product to adjust angle
  • Scale larger or smaller
  • Reposition within the frame
  • Adjust brightness and contrast

Visual guides show platform-specific safe zones so you can see exactly how the final image will look.

Step 5: Process Your Images

Click Start Processing to begin optimization:

  1. Background removal is applied automatically using AI
  2. Your product is positioned according to platform requirements
  3. Images are resized to each platform's specifications
  4. Exports are generated for all selected platforms

Processing typically takes a few seconds per image. For larger batches, you'll see real-time progress updates.

Tip: For batches over 50 images (paid plans), processing happens in the background. You can navigate away and we'll email you when it's complete.

Step 6: Download Your Results

Once processing is complete:

  1. Preview your optimized images with compliance indicators
  2. Download per-platform - Get images sized for specific marketplaces (e.g., "Amazon - 2000×2000")
  3. Download all - Get everything as a ZIP file organized by platform
  4. Re-download anytime - Access your processed images from batch history
